his entry is a rip off from the blog of Health Care for All Massachusetts.  There's legislation brewing that would let insurers selling to the individual market set up in low requirement jurisdictions and then sell across state lines.  Those who currently live in states with insurance mandates or guaranteed issue would lose out.

    If you're despairing about the media, pay attention, because here's one of the old media's old giants who feels your pain and is doing something about it.  In  May Chris Lydon and his producer Mary McGrath are a launching a new radio  show called Open Source on Boston's WGBH, Mondays through Thursdays from 7-8 PM, to be distributed nationwide via PRI on July 4.

    If you are familiar with Lydon's old show, The Connection which he hosted from its inception in 1995 through Februrary of 2001, then all I really need to say is, baby he's back.

    For the rest of you, listen up.  Chris Lydon and Mary McGrath made some of the best talk radio you've ever heard, and the implosion of the real Connection left a gaping whole in my life and those of many others.  If you can't imagine anyone ever describing a talk radio show as "the heavenly chorus," then read on.
